Am totally disappointed with the service i got with my bmw uber inspection it’s totally robbery. Was told that my inspection will be sent by email since Friday nothing and when i went back to the shop i was told the guy who would check for me is on holiday (by the Indian guy with a bad attitude) that he will return next week. I would appreciate my refund since i went to another company (dekra) for my re-inspection. I literally paid for nothing.

Had a problem with a vehicle battery, and a gentleman assisted me in diagnosing that the problem was a loose battery terminal and that the battery was not faulty. A diagnostic check was done on the battery and alternator and neither was found to be not faulty. No charge was levied for the service. Will certainly be using this branch in the future.
