Die nodige dokumentasie is eers n dag of 2 later by die hospitaal afgehaal en toe is alles nie eers ingevul nie. Moes n ekstra R500 betaal vir die verassings vorm om n week na die tyd voltooi te word. Sy belowe om terug te skakel en dit gebeur ook nie. Ek moet elke keer bel. Sal julle beslis nie aanbeveel vir iemand in die toekoms nie.

I submitted the claim on 25 June at Pretoria North branch, I never received any sms to notify me about the claim, so I called on 27 and told that it was processed and will be in my account same day afternoon, I called day before funeral on 28 and got a response that it was an issue of clearance from absa to standard bank, I had to use my savings to burry my granny since I received no payment from Avbob, On the first I was able to speak to someone from head office via a friend who manage to process the claim and money was in my account on the 3 July. If I had put all my hope to Avbob I would have postponed the burial so I wouldn't recommend this kind of service to anyone I love

Nonsense Communication Manager Masemola promised to investigate my complaint and give me feedback and complaint was lodged on 2nd July to date nothing has come forth. AVBOB complaints dept is useless and dont care about their clients even just to reply or give feedback on your complaint. Its a waste of time and energy but they don't forget to take your money fraudulently and some of the reps who process the application without your consent. Nonsense. It a lie that they will get back to you in 7 working days..Scam bag.
