Was very impressed when I finally found the square, sign markings very, very poor. Drove past Herron way twice and having to ask for directions from a number of people working at Century City complex. The contact with Security on the boom at the intercom was very poor you just cannot hear or make out what was being said , very frustrating. Finally arrived at Partmasters and very pleased with the service I received.

Was just on a support chat that just said they cannot help and closed the chat.I was still busy asking whether they could recommend someone else as they are in the repair industry but no response - exceptionally unprofessional perhaps don't offer this support chat service if your customer service" people aren't up to the task even if you are not able to assist at least sign off a chat as if you were speaking to someone on the phone."

Friendly efficient service. Made fast reparations for order incorrectly supplied. Only real gripe was the wsut fir parts to come from main centre at times. Will definitely go back.

Collected everything yesterday. What a pleasure dealing with your 2 brilliant staff members at the Cape Town office. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable ladies. Fitted my broken screen in record time. In and out in 15 minutes. Tried to call, lines were down. Called again and went through to JHB branch, they tried to help, but couldn't confirm stock in CPT without chatting to them first. JHB guy ended up going silent and not responding so I put the phone down. So I had a bad experience
