Absolutely pathetic that in this day and age, you cannot even contact them on a landline to buy an item from them?

Fantastic service from the young lady at counter 5 this evening wrt data issues. All solved within less than 5min.

I see they have been commenting We will try our best in the future" for years. Honestly they are budget friendly but network is so bad you'll buy something and hardly use it until it expires because the network is so bad.* There own customer service promts are regularly out of service* Sometimes you number will register as not existent when called* Other people's numbers are not existent when called( but don't worry it'll exsist tomorrow)* The network is so bad you'll have to re-check your balance multiple times before it recognizes that your balance has not run out.I could go on it's just bad.I wish in the "future" we could give out no stars just like how telkom gives no effort."

Terrible service , would definitely not recommend anyone going to this store , the employees there are full of themselves and will mock and laugh at you

When I was able to upgrade, Kosi phoned me and informed me what was available. The phones I was looking for wasn't in stock yet but she kept me updated and phoned me as soon as they received the stock.While I was waiting for Kosi to finish with clients the other staff members made sure I was helped. Deborah helped me sinc everything, checked that everything was in order with my devices and did it all with competence and friendliness!

Very poor customer service and not friendly at all!

I was very impressed when someone at the centurion branch assisted me with a contract for myself , i decided to try the woodlands branch since it is closer to where i stay , and unfortunately this was for the worst.The first time i went to the branch i walked in and out very enthusiastic about wanting to open 2 more contracts being that i was so impressed with the previous service given .After not being phoned back , no feedback and nothing resolved , i had to return to this branch 4 times just to be told that my other contract is new and i should wait about two months , after wasting valuble fuel and time .I would recommend anyone to please visit other branches as the communication in this branch is a big problem , and the staff have no sense of customer loyalty . Especially the gentleman by the name of kabelo .

Worst service ever. I went into the Telkom store in Woodlands on the 12th of Sept and requested that my number be ported from my existing SP to Telkom. Unfortunately this was not done and I went back to the Telkom store in Woodlands on the 23rd of Sept. To my surprise my number was ported to CellC?????? Strange right.. . I was then advised that they have logged an IT query or something like that. My sim has still NOT BEEN PORTED and since my request I have paid 2 premiums toward my Telkom contract. I CANNOT keep the Telkom number but was forced to use the Telkom SIM as I had cancelled with my previous SP!! I NEED my my number to be ported and I refuse to drive up and down to a Telkom store

This was the best service ever. Usually you should budget at least an hour for just a sim swap at the Woodlands Telkom but yesterday the 6th was my lucky day. In 20 minutes I was done. Initially I thought the systems were down because it was so empty. So whether the service was quick because it was empty... I don't know. It remains to be seen
