Well priced and excellent product. Their compost is amazing. I just really wish they were easier to deal with... It takes upwards of 5 emails to get them to send an invoice for payment. They ask inane questions in the strangest way... The delivery is also a bit pricey.All in all, I keep going back because the product is great. But I wish they could improve their customer service and make it less frustrating to deal with the sales people!

This place is a great fraud...They claim to be weed free"... NEVER...it actually "WEEDS FOR FREE"I stupidly fell for their lies...2nd time in 4 years...now I'm cursed with a proliferation of weeds...that is almost impossible to get rid of.These photos are of my 3rd cleanup after the rains began in October.You have been warned.Goed Koop is definitely DEUR KOOP with this place!!!!...You will spend unlimited hours cleaning weeds. Buy elsewhere"

Not the friendliest. Expected to get 30dm3 bags of packed product only to find out they are only 15dm3! Have to pay R200 deposit for bag to load half ton vehicle and cannot use our own. Go figure.

I travelled more than 30km to buy 3.5m³ of garden mix.I got into their office and wait for my turn to be served I told the cashier I want 3.5m³ of garden mix she said I will have to take a full load.I was driving a 6ton truck, you're forcing people to buy more than they require yet in the office you charge per cubic meter.

So, we called this morning, 27 August 2022 and got a quote. I sent the proof of payment through as did my wife. We confirmed that delivery would take place today before 3PM. At 2:30 PM my wife called and excuse after excuse was being given. Waste a whole day waiting for a delivery when we could have done something productive. They had our details so why not just call and tell us they cannot deliver? Poor service.

Delivery was on time and the driver was extremely friendly and very very very helpful. He helped me by offloading inside my property and also gave me some great advice about the product and the best way to use it. So far the compost looks great and I am hoping to see my grass turn green soon. Thank you so much for the service I will be sure to add more photos of my stunning grass.
