I phoned in for service parts for my honda Nc750x, i was treated very poorly over the phone by one of the counter sales staff, ended up driving to Honda and bought the parts from a different very helpful person, i stated to the above mentioned team member that i was not happy with his service and he is the reason i was not going back to buy any other parts from Honda

My grandfather's bike has been there for more the 7 months and every day they mechanic has a new excuse for not working on the back and today they said and x amount needs to be paid but they did the work without even telling us that there would be an extra cost would not recommend this bikes shop to even my worst enemy

I bought a new Honda Africa Twin at KR Motorcycles in Polokwane on Friday 22 June 2018.Many people consider me to be a difficult client because I know what I want and I don't easily settle for less. I tested Fanie (Salesperson) with my requests" and he remained polite and professional throughout the whole process.What you can expect:1. Friendly professional service.2. Patience from Fanie during helmet fitment - it took me more than an hour to get the right fit - sort of.3. Coffee / water from friendly lady at the counter.What not to expect:1. A full tank of petrol on a new motorcycle is not a given (only a car thing I guess) - Fanie got very close though. Thanks Fanie!2. Took a Kawasaki Z300 on 21/07/2017 for a 1000 km service and they did a rather good job although it did take a bit of time. They even gave it a wash. Awesome bunch of guys. Will definitely take it again to them for the 6000 km service.

Very disappointing experience. And not willing to go the extra mile for the customer!I am trying to source parts for an old motorcycle for a friend in rural Mozambique (the man has no money to buy a newer motorcycle).The salesman was trying to help me, when an older gentleman stopped him and told me that I had to pay R200 for them to continue searching for the part. He then turned to the salesman and said that he should have told me they can't help me instead of wasting money on phone calls.This is not the first time I have dealt with this company, they have never been so unwilling to help before.5 stars for Prince-5 for the manager

If it was possible i would give this place a -10/10 worst service in history after 3 engine overhauls the engine broke again after everything they still charged me for the repairs.No qualified mechanic that works there...
