The disappointment i got from ordering my brother's wedding cake .They can design but they bake sponge and tasteless cake.A wedding cake cant be spongy and expensive like that. Everyone was disappointed.

I went to the confectionary today to buy scones, I paid with Notes and some coins. The lady who works there told me to never come back there with coins cos they don't take them. She said with such a terrible attitude. We try to support black businesses but most of the time the attitude we get from the staff is appalling

Today 10 February 2023 at about 11h30 I bought scones for R120 and the lady who assisted me brought 1 plastic bag with 12 scones instead of 20 . I realized it when I reach home. I went back later to explain what happened but I was treated badly. I was a loyal customer to you guys. Bye bye I.lost appetite

Their on the go cakes taste amazing. So based on that I ordered a cake. The worst tasting and looking cake ever. Tasteless, not enough or no sugar. The cake was melting and falling to the 1 side. The design of the cake was also different to what I ordered and mind you the design is from their own collection.The cream tasted like magerine without the yellow and didn't have sugar.And I had to wait for 45 minutes for my cake to be ready when they asked me what time I am coming to collect.Maybe they were just having a bad day.But I am very disappointed!!!
