I ordered parts that showed in stock on the website. I was patient and nothing came. I contacted them and was told they are waiting for customs the order will be shipped to me the following week. I still have not received anything. I requested a refund and I have not received that. Now I get ignored. I will be opening a crimal case of theft against this company. They have flat out robbed me. Stay away.

PLEASE PEOPLE DONT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!! It's been over a month that im waiting for my order. Send whatsapp messages,called and emailed....NO COMUNICATION WHATSOEVER! Sad to say theySTOLE my money.

I ordered two sets of blades for my drone, payment completed and order number generated on the 18/08 to date have had not communication from them, I have sent multiple emails requesting an update and zero feedback.Will never use them again. They also don't answer the phone number they have on their contact page, tried 20 times now over the past week. Just very poor all round.*UPDATE* Thanks Brad, my order has been completed.

SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!If you order from this Company they will not deliver your good, they will only take your money and disappear, We have ordered our items in September 2020 and heard nothing from them since! There is currently an Investigation going on and Carte Blanche has been contacted with regards to this!

It hurts me to have to give one star because this company deserves a negative rating. They don't answer the phone listed on the website ( I tried 25 times in a single day) nor do they answer whatsapp calls (I tried 15 times in a single day) and I had to consistently send messages to their whatsapp to get any information on a refund since they sold me a product that their website said was in stock, when it turns out they didn't have (which they only informed me of 3 days after I bought it). And now, a full week later after being promised that the refund will be done that day for 3 full days, they refund me SOME of the payment (this was no small purchase either).Other people leaving positive reviews are either friends or are not being truthful about their experience, focus on the bad reviews because they are the truth.

Please don't buy from these people. My husband placed an order in April, paid the money everything. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to whatsapp. My husband has reported them as fraudsters to our bank and theirs, and they've said that they are aware that they are fraudsters and that we need to lay charges at the police station. Worst part is, the part wasn't even for us, it's for family members who now probably believes that we scammed them out of money! It makes me sick!

Order now outstanding more than 2 months outstanding. At first had feedback.of out of stock items, but listed as in stock.on website. The deadline for non stock items are abot 12 days, but for stock items it takes forever. No feedback or response on any calls, mails or WhatsApp messages. At first I was understanding but now getting the no feedback and being ignored. Do not do business with these ignorant people.

Without a doubt the worst service I've ever had. They don't answer their WhatsApp messages or WhatsApp calls. Never delivered my paid for items, made promises for a refund which still has not been done. My order was placed in late November 2020, still waiting for either a refund or my order, its now 22 January 2021. I've put one star because you have to put one star to get the message posted. They don't deserve any start at all.

I ordered few items from drone parts on the 25th August and they told me the staff will be delivered in a week but they never did on the the 3rd September I requested my refund after hustling to get this items and also after purchasing the items at another store. All documents was submitted on the 3rd Sept was told they do refunds on Fridays so I except to get back my money on the 10th of September money was not yet deposited in my account i followed up on it on the 15th an admin lady told me to call the director of which i did , he told me that he will process it ,on the 26th of Sept I spoke with the director again he said he was busy with other things and he will process it .I sent the director whatsApp with all the required documents he blue ticked me :(Today the 1st of October I tried to call both admin office and the director there is no answer.if anyone wants to buy some components from drone parts rather buy at another store because you will get value for your money, Drone Parts is incompetent and does not care about their customer.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I cannot stress this enough.No communication. They don't answer their phone number, they don't answer Whatsapps. My product want never sent and they informed me they will have to send me another product, because they don't have stock of the items I required. But only after I started hounding them. They 'forget to send my parcel' or 'tomorrow they will send me a waybill.'At this point I am ready to go to Alberton and get my package.
