Went once for a free facial which completely ruined my face, they took my details & now i constantly get *unwanted* promotional messages.

I went there through a one day deal hoping to just lose a few centimetres on my waste, I lost more than 10 centimetres in 12 sessions and went from 78kg to 74kgs as well. Precious was my person and she made the experience unforgettable, that lady is very kind and makes you feel like you are the only client she has in the whole place. Thanks a lot

Exceptional does not even begin to describe the service that I received when I visited the spa. I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism Precious and Louise displayed.Louise is very kind and she knows how to make customers feel appreciated. Everything was handled by Precious and she was so kind to me. Precious is a nail expert! She is so excellent at what she does. I arrived with a set of nails that I wasn't impressed with (from somewhere else) and after she did her magic, my nails looked brand new and even better. I fell fast asleep during my facial because of how good she is.I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is looking to receive excellent service and have a wonderful time while being pampered.

Had the most fantastic experience. The staff and laser technician were extremely professional and friendly, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The laser itself is not painful at all, first few sessions feel a bit sensitive, but waxing is 10x worse. I had visible results after only 2 sessions, with only 50% regrowth. After 10 session, 95% growth is gone! Literally the best purchase I have ever made and never have to shave anymore. All of my friends who have gone here have had amazing results. Highly recommend Deluxe laser, and especially this Brooklyn branch!
