Even though I didn’t purchase my combination sewing and embroidery machine from brother elite I still received the best service from Warren. He made sure to update me on every part of the process during the repair and gave me some very helpful lessons on how to properly use my machine (which I really needed!). Warren is super helpful and has made sure to let me know he’s available for any help I might need in the future. I will definitely recommend brother elite and they will definitely be my first and only choice when it comes to my machine!

The whole process of buying a new sewing machine is very scary, you are buying something without “test driving” it. I contacted Warren at Brother Elite Sewing & Embroidery in Faerie Glen and he was such a great help, he answered my questions and gave me advice on all the different options.
