Mr Hartzenberg handled my divorce for me and never filed the final consent paper with the court.I discovered this some years later and when I emailed to ask him how this could have happened he told me to go to court to get a variation of the order he had mistakenly filed and refused further email correspondence.Mr Hartzenberg's ineptitude, led to an unethical person using the incorrect filing of the consent paper opening a false case of fraud against me in civil court, to get a variation pushed through that magistrate's court had thrown out.My Hartzenberg then stated, in a formal affidavit no less, that I had instructed him to file the incorrect divorce order paper, despite there being clear evidence of me sending the agreed on consent paper prior to the court appearance for the divorce, and of me asking him how this could have been incorrectly filed some years later in email evidence.He did this to try and blame his mistake on me and to avoid accountability.I am stunned that this individual still considers himself coherent or professional enough to be in law - let alone ethical enough. I'll be following up with the legal board/tribunal in the hope that this may protect other people from his services""

Professional service at its best

Hired Ferdi for 2 great cases. He won both. It took almost 3 years due to pandemic and slow responses and followup. Took 3 weeks of delayed payments due to banking issues, but he is a very good atty and will win if you have a great case with documents to prove. I wish he had fought harder for the attorneys fees, interest for 3 years and other expenses I am out. But at least I won, and I hope you win too if you end up hiring him. He is slow to reply at times, weeks to months and sometimes not at all.
