Great place, nice food, reasonable prices. One thing though is I felt like most of the staff were staring at me while I was eating there

Be aware of old stale chicken & chips were worst , i do not recommend this place!I've bought for my pregnant wife today at 18.45pm , Went home looking forward to it but Very Disappointing & Kindly inspect the box before you leave the store,I called the Manager Gugu & She says i should bring back the chicken after driving 18km to get home...imagine driving back to return the chicken my word, Does my car drive on water?Very Poor Food Quality & Management.

Going into your store during loadshedding ..a big no no !!!!I was rather excited you guys were open since you guys are generally my absolute favorite.. but customer service and communication skills is not a strong point your employees have ..Ofcourse I am aware you guys are loadshedding so I can totally understand the circumstances provided it's brought to my attention..I asked cashier for the hot wings snack ..and she advised that there is no wings ..if I would like the 6 pieces..and I was like ok...she's compensating me for the chips ..She takes my card she swipes it ..And then all goes through well..without a pin..IThen needed to sign and I see she charged me r36.90 ..for 6 pieces and not 4 pieces ..So I questioned her.She gave me attitude and told me she'll give me my money back .I said all it took was communication skills ..she could of advised me that the prices were different and she was however not compensating me for something I am paying for.In any case I took the meal and left !I don't think I will be supporting your store as precious is very rude and doesn't know what importance customer service is !Being a tenant of the mall , I will educate fellow colleagues and customers not to entertain your eatery!Thank you precious for spoiling my taste forChicken licken cornubia.You just added the salt to my salty chicken !!!

Awesome Brand. Poor quality of food and no value for money. Staff have bad attitude as if they doing us a favour. I paid R190 for our meal. the wings were over fried and because they are so small,it tasted burnt. Where is the Quality Control from the Head Office?

Food took 30 minutes to yet ready which isn't bad. All the food was oily and bitter and had no salt. Seating was fine and service was good. Although because of the quality of the food I am considering whether or not this is a place I would eat at in the future.

Staff should be abit more friendly,and listen properly to when the customer speaks so that they can take down the order correctly.

Chicken licken wings are my favorite, one thing though, to say I was disappointed at the service rendered rendered at 15h40 by the so called Thobani guy, is an understatement.The cashier was an absolute sweetheart.The lady who was to give me my order (sadly, I.couldn't get her and cashier's name) was great.She asked the back staff if they can give her a can for the customer. They intentionally ignored her until she specifically asked this Thobani. He took his time (not that was busy with anything) before he tells her to do it herself. He then went to the fridge took the coke can out and moved to the opposite direction, smirking! I was patiently waiting for him to bring the can as if it was a give away.The Thobani guy needs training on customer care. He has the rudest behavior I'd ever seen.

Friendly staff, quick service. Good food. Although their food is not cheap.
