Small space, absolutely no ventilation and bad service and attitude from the estate agency. Yet the rent is expensive.Again, the agency does not put your deposit in a trust to gain interest as a rent tribunal rule, when it's time to move out they give you the run around.Not to be trusted. In other words they are a scam.

Do not be fooled by the rental amount. they will make you pay huge amount for sewage and refuse, water, parking, assessments,,, . Do not know how they measure that cause the amount fluctuate. Not disclosing all the payment information in the contract. Save yourself, find a nice ventilated apartment around, just buy electricity and pay water if you have exceed the amount stated by city of jhb, have peace Than being robbed. For a 3 bed you will end up around 9000 or more excluding electricity

2018 has been a terrible year which I had experienced at 352 Oak Ave, the service is really bad and expensive rent. Change of caretakers 4 times in a space of 6 months, Ronnie was the best saddly he had to go, I think he had plans for Oak, the rest are just lazy, incompetent and full of excuses. Be sure to replace and repair your own lights, door hinges,no keys on doors, pests, low water pressure. Oh and do not hold your breath thinking you can complain to upper management just the same as the lower, unprofessional. I would advise anyone, planning to move in at Apartments on Oak to reconsider or you will be greatly disappointed.

1. They have a SERIOUS cockroach infestation and do not properly fumigate the place, they instead give Doom cans that do nothing for the problem.2. No ventilation, it gets worse when you cook or shower.3. Leakage under the sink causing cabinets to waste away and leave a nasty smell.4. The water pressure was literally nonexistent5. People have loud parties that last through the morning.6. Parking spaces are not maintained, no visible lines and the area is always damp.My experience was awful and I would not recommend this place.

The building is infested with cockroaches. Service is unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They also like withholding money with no valid reason

Can’t begin to emphasise how this place isn’t worth it. The cheap rent isn’t worth it for your peace. It’s infested with cockroaches and they give you doom cans but we all know doom doesn’t help. They take forever to fix issues, kitchen cabinets are water damaged and stink. Worst decision of my life

THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN EVER STAY IN!!! I stayed there for a year because of my lease agreement. One room has a small window and unfortunately for me I had to occupy the room without ventilation at all. The SECURITY GUARDS are the pits, you will literally have to wait for a good 2-3 minutes before they attend to you at the gate or open for you if you havent yet got access to the fingerprint while looking at you on the camera.

Thuli was very nice when we went for viewing. Then l called head office and spoke to Unathi to enquire on my application and process. She was very very rude. Horrible service!

Undisclosed payments apart from your rent that you would be paying. Bad service from caretakers ( they change them at least four times but they are all the same - bad attitude). No ventilation, the place smells horrible. Save yourself and seek else where to rent.

Worst service ever! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You get the run around when you have to get your deposit. I would give it zero star if I could. No one seems to have answers when you have a query.
