I am furious with the bad service!!! I posted a parcel on the 24th at the Boardwalk Pick & Pay , Summerstrand , Port Elizabeth,to go to Hillcrest , Durban.No update has been done via tracking ! I have made numerous enquiries and no answers yet!! Shocking!

Apparently deliveries to be done around 4 pm are inconvenient to some Aramex drivers in Port Elizabeth who have the audacity to ask to be met at a more convenient place and act as if they are doing you a favour and have not been paid for the service. And yes they do not keep to the suggested available time either,even if you, as the paying customer /client, go out of your way to be available earlier. Quite disgusting behaviour and service which I don't generally get from other delivery companies who do realise that people who order a lot work long hours.

I'm so dissatisfied with your service here in Walmer.I do not understand when I had to collect the parcel from your company.What's the point of paying for courier services when I had to collect the parcel.I don't see myself using this company anytime soon.

Pathetic service from this depot.Incompetent.Customer service is atrocious.Better off sending via our unreliable post office service!

Service is so bad, the drivers don’t call when they arrive with the parcel and just says they ran out of time. This has happened so many times and its such an inconvenience.

Shocking service from Aramex Port Elizabeth. The driver named Tashrique held a parcel for 4 days to deliver at a time that was convenient for him. The driver has no respect for other peoples time and was not willing to accommodate a request to deliver at a different time. I will avoid any company that uses Aramex as a courier partner as it is not worth the hassle of potentially dealing with that particular arrogant and uncompromising delivery person again.

I am so disappointed in their courier service. I doubt I will ever use them again. I used their services (drop box version in Gqeberha) to send a parcel to someone in Queenstown/Komani before they leave for the US during December 2022.At first, there were problems of actually contacting the consignee, which was our fault, we incorrectly typed in the wrong number however there is an email address provided, so how and why couldn't they contact the consignee via email if they can't reach them via phone?After managing to update the correct number, it took a while to deliver the parcel. Only for it to be delivered to someone else presumably (they could've thrown it away at this point) because our friend/consignee had not received the parcel. I contacted the East London Warehouse branch to have the parcel returned to sender because the consignee has left South Africa only for them to dilly-dally my issue and I still have not received the parcel and it's March 2023. They keep saying they are contacting me. However, I have not received any missed call notifications or voicemails or the decency of an SMS if they can't reach my phone and I call them back. I constantly have to make the calls and then they come up with the excuses prior trying to solve my issue. I know the parcel didn't have significant financial value for Aramex to waorry about, considering it was mostly SA treats & snacks the consignee could enjoy in the US, but it also contained invaluable items for us such as pictures and letters from us, the consignee's friends. I am absolutely livid and disappointed. I hardly do this on social media because I prefer resorting things between myself and the other party, but for lack of a better word, they have treated me as a poes. I definitely would not recommend them if you are trying to send a parcel in outlying regions.
