Friendly staff,the only problem is being constantly hassled by beggars while waiting in my car for wheel alignment. Management needs to ensure security is present outside building. Some beggars very persistent and threatening.

If you buy one tyre from this place, they don't fill it up with nitrogen unless you fill up all your tyres. This is very frustrating because if you already have nitrogen on all the other ones you still need to pay for all of them. I'm very disappointed.

Good morning. Just want to say thank you to the older gentleman that assisted me with 2 tires before closing AND the fitter as I honestly needed it. Pretty sure he thought i was just another bypass customer but came back. Can you just do something about the waiting period zs it can take that long to change 2 Tyres as the fitter stands and talks first to other costumers and take smoke breaks which is ok, but 30 minutes, no, something has to give as you are losing customers. Thanks again for the urgent assistance and the price was so right as almal weet, not yet payday and tires are expensive.Just wish they were the same make but can't be choosy when you get a deal. Always been good. Cant do anything about the area so its always crowded.

Prices are high, but the customer service from the on floor staff is great.. friendly and every effective at what they do. Would go back again

Saw they got a special on tyres but when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about fitted two tyres did everything including alignment but my steering wheel is not straight pulls in a diffent direction.I will never ever support them again I'll leave my area to get better service if there was zero stars option I would give them zero

I've been there a few times and always went away satisfied. It's somewhat unclear where to go and what to do when one gets there for assistance because each one appears busy with their own thing. I wish they could improve the welcoming of customers.
