I've been trying to get a hold of the examination office to get my diploma for over 2 years and no luck, when I try going to the office they either don't know where my application is, or just cannot assist.I have re-applied for my diploma 3 times, and I'm still waiting

I wouldn't even give these people a full star. Been struggling to get my certificate or even just my results since last year July. Sent in Affidavit and ID copy as they requested. More than a year later I still have nothing and they don't answer phones or respond to emails. Where can I report this?

It was a good experience as the college has a massive infrastructure and very resourceful, I didn't even feel the cold in the hall since it's well equipped. The workshop was conducted successfully with no distractions. I would love to explore it again

It's a good College, yet it has poor assistance. During registration period you'll make a lot of up and downs, more especially when applying for NSFAS ...better have enough cash for traveling since you'll be making a lot ups and downs (going home and returning). Assistants don't have the same info, I advise you go to the management for the most accurate information.

Getting hold of the college itself is a nightmare. I don't understand why they have a telephone that does not work. Receptionists are not very helpful at all.I've been trying to apply for my diploma fro months and the examination office, either they will turn you back or they're not available. They should consider transport money, having to go there so many time is costly.
