Judy is a very good host. She gave us a very big and tasty breakfast. We enjoyed our over night stay. We can recommend this establishment.

We stopped for a night in December the rooms are clean. There was no electricity on the day but they do have a generator, the owner complained about it being heavy on petrol and only switched it on for few minutes, we couldn't shower because the water was cold and it was raining when we arrived in the evening and in the morning before we continued with our trip. We couldn't charge our gadgets. Network is a problem in that area and the place doesn't have WIFI the place is over priced.I will not recommend.

Wolwefontein Lodge
We were quite disappointed in our stay. Everything was quite dirty. It’s a self catering unit but no cleaning up sink. Lots of dog poo outside our room, no grass and poo mixed into the soil. FYI: No Vodacom signal here. The host was very good through the booking process prior to arrival, we just expected more.

The best stopover between Pretoria and Plettenberg if you have dogs. 35km South of Colesberg on a sheep/ game farm.Only about 1.5 km of gravel road to the Lodge.

Thank you Trevor and Judy for your hospitality. Guest house equiped with in- house braai and fire places in some rooms. Very spacious. Lamb from your farm exceptionaly tender and flavourfull. Will see you again.
