It's Actually A Good Store, Open Spaced and Few Friendly Face.

What's impressive about this store is that as early as 8 o clock it's open.It's clean, though small with not much variety but it's a beautiful atmosphere to shop at

They charge for extra bags and they don't even give it to you

As a disable community I feel discriminated against by your systems and processes, just to make our customer experience a thorn in the neck.Everytime after my transaction I will be told signatures are not the same as a store card carrying member. I suffered a stroke. I'm not standing firm when I sign so my signatures cannot be 100% accurate as always.I asked to be let signed on ink or in future consider biometric but was told you only put your signature on paper or no service for you. If you can improve on your systems across the country to accommodate the Disabled, it means if i dont have both hands cannot be assisted.

In my whole enter life yesterday I had recieved the worst kind of customer service from an old women named Bathabile : she works with store cards abd this was my second time hvaing such an awful experience shopping at the store . She is so quick to respond without listening to my Grievances . I personally hate shopping at woolworths atlyn . But one thing for sure

The service is good. However the selection of items in the food section is very limited. Otherwise the experience was good

Ques are ridiculous at this store especially at the food market. Only 2 cashiers with 15 people in line. I turned away as I was noy going to stand there for 45 minutes to get assisted

Service is 100% super good you are being attended if you don't no what you are looking for ,the place is clean
