Bad service！Since returning to Cape Town in 2019, we have gone to the Elgin branch to buy 3kg of Fynbos honey once or twice a month; We bring our own containers every time, and each of the three containers is one kilogram; the staff Aron made a mistake two months ago while talking and laughing, We had to pay R150 more.Today I came to buy honey as usual, Aron asked me to pay in cash; he said that the card machine could not work, but another staff David said it was ok.Then Aron quarreled with David! He also mentioned the mistake he had made last time; he blamed David for not helping him, and this time he was in charge of the card machine.I figured I was just here to buy honey and there was no need to hear his whining; he kept talking and we decided not to buy it! He was unwilling to pour the honey back, We had to call his boss and finally get out by dumping the honey back; Aron had stinked the sweet honey! So we decided not to come to this store again.
