Talking about well stock shop with, cheap and VERY affordable price for the whole family. This is really a one stop departmental store... Very friendly people and a happy store... I we will defiantly shop there again..

Service is a bit slow as their are only 2 tellers which is odd seeing as it's in a mall but maybe that's just a KZN thing.Other than that it's a nice layout, clean and friendly.

Purchased 2 x bras for my fiancėe who takes a 38B - the one fitted & the other not, even though it was labelled 38B. With the label still in place & the store receipt as proof of purchase upon our return to the store we were told that they have a no return policy on their clothing - no where on the item or on the receipt is this policy mentioned, not even reasons which presumably would be for hygienic purposes since it's an underwear article. We were not permitted to exchange nor refunded the R79.99 we paid for the bra & no correspondence from them in respect of this was tolerated from their side - as far as they were concerned they did not care that we spent R79.99 on a bra marked my Fiancèe's size but yet clearly not - whether that was because of a design fault or labeling issue that was not discussed as clearly they would not enter into any discussions. We took the bra & gave it to a car guard that watched over our vehicle & told him he could give it to anyone he choses as it was useless to us. We also informed the teller that we will never support them again (we have supported them many times before) & even in this regard, absolutely no attempts were made to keep us as a customer. Needless to say, if I could have given them a 0 rating I would have.
