Fantastic drycleaning service

Blazer brought in for dry cleaning, the blazer cuffs were not properly cleaned. I gave the store assistant feedback following which the blazer was taken back to get cleaned again.I collected the blazer but only one cuff was cleaned. When pointing this out I was told that I would have to pay again for the service and that the stain was impossible to remove. This is odd as they had managed to clean the other cuff. Why would I need to pay again for work that was not properly done the first time around?I asked to lay a formal complaint with the store owner and was told by the store assistant that it was not possible. Furthermore the store clerk made it quite clear that loss of business from poor service was perfectly acceptable at this store. Not sure how sustainable this business approach is.Suffice to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Decent prices, friendly staff. Was stuck in traffic and called them to ask if they could stay open a few minutes extra. Superstars, they waited for me! Really appreciated that. Did a great job on the dinner jacket. Will use them again in future!
