Ludwig's Roses
The Rose Festival held annually in October is an absolute must for those who love these flowers! Walk through the gardens and choose plants to take home or check out the stunning displays of cut flowers in the hall and breath in the beautiful scent. The shop also stocks all sorts of rose-related products that are not readily found elsewhere, and the tractor/trailer rides are a hit with children. However, service at the on site restaurant is a bit chaotic on festival days so you may want to postpone tea or lunch until your next visit to the rose farm...(All photos here are my own)

A truly lovely spot to have breakfast or lunch. The menu is simple but the food is delicious. Affordable prices. Great play area for kids. Beautiful to spend some time walking amongst the roses and picking them to buy according to your taste. Quick service and friendly staff.

Always lovely to enjoy the scenic surroundings, great atmosphere and beautiful & delicious food. Waiters always very friendly and helpful. (Waiter staff sometimes seems to be short staffed.)Great play area for kids & pet friendly too! They also make use of sustainable straws & take-away containers, which is fantastic!!Shoutout to great events coordinator, Tsitsi - great customer service!! Overall absolute great establishment for any event or outing ! See soon again :)

Always wanted to visit Ludwig's roses & eventually got there!Had an tasty lunch at the Rose kitchen.Roses of every colour, shape & size!Bought an amazing red rose with what I can only describe as a delicious scent!Very impressive set up.

Our third time eating at The Rose Kitchen. The food was well presented, and portions are adequate and delicious as always. Our waiter Kleytus was friendly. The atmosphere is calming, and even though they were busy, it was not noisy. Taking a wander amongst the roses before or after lunch is always a plus.

What a beautiful place! The roses were in bloom and I have never seen so many of them at once...stunning! The restaurant is very nice, the prices are affordable and the food delicious. Every staff member was friendly and very helpful. There is a gem of a playing area at the back - with shading nets. I thought it was very unique with lots of toys and a huge sandpit. My kids absolutely loved it. Will hopefully visit again.

Wow what an amazing venue with exceptional service. Organised a picnic for two for me and my partner, and it did not disappoint. Well worth the price for the decor and flower arrangements as well as the food. Truly a wonderful experience. Shout out to Tsitsi and Norman, as they helped me to plan the perfect day for us.
