This is the worst experience I had they don't get back to you they quote you one price and when you sign the quote they can't offer you the deal and when you try and get hold of them they don't answer.i have a contract with them and want to cancel because you pay for a service which you don't get.

We have submitted multiple requests to be contacted. Just no response at all. Will not use them at all. Do not want to know how terrible their support will be.

Since I have googled and started searching for internet coverage in a new area, simply connect Shaheed has been assisting me and treated me a VIP. This is much more than client services as he was even prepared to answer questions beyond working hours.Searching for internet facilities is normally a nightmare as the promises don't get kept by a lot of service providers.Please keep up this awesome serviceJoan

Response time was within the promised 2 weeks up till installation. Once my connection was made. My account was activated. The service was good and I felt looked after.UPDATE: I don't know what happened in the last year but I've cancelled my subscription. The communication completely broke down. And when I asked for an alternative solution and package. They literally e-mailed me back suggesting other service providers. I took their advice.

This company's service is pathetic. I'm upgrading but takes already 2 days for credit vetting? My current contract night data is just missing an no explanation how can it be! If you are kind with these people they just ignore you. You first have to get upset before they react!!! How can a company still operate like this. If it was not urgent I would wait out my current contract and moved to another service provider . Im really upset !I got the contract for the same amount I paid but now on 30 Nov 2022 they just deductedR899. Thats wayyy more than I should pay. Its a battle to get it corrected . They the worst company ever!!!!!!It is two months later after my first review. Illegal money was again deducted. They ignore me but also dont want to cancel my contract without fees. They are in bridging of the contract not I. I just dont get this problem solved. They also refuse to send me a copy if my contract. Serious investigatiin on this company needs to be done

Everything was good until two weeks ago... I am paying for speeds that I am not getting and only help that I get is a phone call from vodacom that doesn't help at all... This was not what I signed up for at all

I haven't had problems until recently. I requested information on contract cancelation, instead of sending me information they canceled the contract without my consent. I queried as to why my internet is not working and for several days they could not assist. ONLY WHEN I CONTACTED VODACOM DIRECTLY I WAS INFORMED OF THE CANCELATION. I've been trying to communicate with them regarding my account and they are not responding to my emails. The only communication I received was bru i forwarded your mail to accounts yesterday". Very unprofessional."

All good until you need service.Do not support them. You will be sorry.
