Staying at Uitspan is always a joy. The facilities on the camp sites are clean and neat, there is grass on all campsites, a communal swimming pool, dam with a zipline not to mention the lapa with a pool table.Other activities like hiking up in the kloof"

Located just 6 km east of the Nuwekloof Pass at the western entrance to the Baviaanskloof is the Uitspan Guest Farm. Nestled right up against the mountain, it provides 8 unique camping spots with pristine amenities and 3 housing units, all equipped with modern appliances. It's worth a visit. Be sure to do the gorge hike (5 km) to see the origin of the farms' crystal clear spring water or you can try the mountain hike (10 km) to gain beautiful vista's of the Baviaanskloof. A must visit.

Stayed in a caravan , rained most of the night . Trail between mountains was great . It was very clean and well kept . Enjoyed our stay .

Spent 3 nights incamp site number 8.After 11 other camping locations i can state with confidence that the facilities at Uitspan are the best we have had.Excellent venue. Excellent value for money. Tidy amd clean with everything one can wish for.

A great spot. Facilities are good and the owners are really enthusiastic about Uitspan! The surrounds are beaut. The walk up to arch rock is a must, and for those who don't mind a bit of a scramble, the cave with bushman paintings is worth the walk.
