GoodmorningI phoned Grandmark requesting windscreens for my truck they promised to come back to me but they didn't call me back until I get help from a private company I was referred by a friend

You go in order your parts, then they tell you to go and sit under the gazibo until they call you to make your payment.. Which takes about 25-35min, then you have to wait another 30-45min to get your parts...If it's possible rather get your parts ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

They have the Parts you want all times and reasonable prices.Only if they can improve on the dispatch side. We wait too long and they have normalised the waiting.There's a notice of 15 to 55 minutes waiting period.

They responded quickly to my Email about a quote. Thank you

Service is really bad. Purchased radiator and got the wrong one. They claim its the only one for that entire brand which would mean it would cover vehicles from 1.3 petrol to 2.5 turbo diesel including and excluding the fan types and intercoolers and air conditioning etc etc...... took it back and then the wait really started. While we were there others came in with the same issue of being sold the wrong radiators so apparently in 2 hours we saw this as a common problem. Once it was decided to refund then the go slow really started. Will not purchase from them again and not recommend. Seen better prices but only used them because they had the stock available which obviously was not the case.

There is very friendly staff working here, I was pieced over the phone coz I wanted long and my call got cut off but I got helped anyway when I got to the shop I noticed that the call is very busy thats n the staff is amazing... keep up the good job GrandMark . We need more business like urs with good ethics...

Prices are great, place looks professional but.... bring a camp chair, a braai skottel and a bigger power bank for your cellphone if possible because you really sit until your bum is numb. Today I arrived 15:00. I am writing this review at 16:25 still waiting for my parts (radiator, Bonnet, headlights and a fender not a very long list) to be booked out. The process is painfully slow, shame to you if you've got other things to do for the day. I arrived with 35% battery and now 12% because i have nothing else to do but wait and press cellphone

They were friendly, prompt,professional and helpful over the phone. Their windscreen fitment prices are very reasonable. Will write a proper review after taking my car for a windscreen replacement.
