Worst customer service ever! I was given an extremely good referral about this place. Called in asking for pricing/pricelist. Sean was incredibly rude!!! Escalated to the manager & she just made an excuse for him blaming it on his health. Never been here! Thank God I will never use their services, nor will I ever refer anyone to them! Send your staff for customer service classes and teach them that they never get second chances to make first impressions.

My family has been going to Sean for the last +-15 years (probably more). We literally followed him from his previous salon to where he is working now, with absolutely no regrets.Seeing Sean is like seeing a long lost brother, he's always interested in family dynamics and updates and shows genuine care.He's the only person we trust with my brother's hair, and I literally don't even have to tell him what to do with my own. I trust him with my hair, and allow him to do whatever he wants, knowing that the results will be perfect either way. I've referred him to everyone I know, and will always continue to spread the word of his professional attitude and absolutely gorgeous work.Thank you for always accommodating me, and for always providing us with the best service.
