Im appalled at how these people deal with their clients, it's disgusting! I am dealing with other attorneys and all are grateful for payements being made during covid19. Not a single phone call!

Unfortunately I have nothing fantastic to say about this company, having been harassed and threatened with legal action I endeavored to pay off my debt to FNB, I was then told I had legal costs to be sorted out this was done on a Monday, with a follow up email requesting confirm that all is in order , no response recieved. I have subsequently sent reminders through this week still no response, they have a whatsApp group messages are read but no updates supplied. Leaves a very bitter taste that businesses are supported by banks that have zero customer service values regardless of the mitigating circumstances
