Worst service ever DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE

Worst service ever. If you love your car stay clear. They replaced my cars alternator with another clients alternator without the other owner even knowing. Now the wrong alternator is my car and is eating my fan belt away , because the wrong pulley is on the alternator. I am 300km from Sean. It is costing me R1200 to get the right pulley on my car and all Sean is telling me is that I need to bring the car back to him and that it wasn't his job to look that the belt is running straight. How can you tell someone to drive 600km round trip on your own cost when you made the fault and 300km will be on a pulley eating the fanbelt away. I wonder when the other owner of the golf will know that he has my alternator with the wrong pulley and his alternator is in my car.

A must read before considering.Worst service ever they let you pay for a voltage regulator that they have not replaced see photos = job card 6099!Asking Shaun about it he could not even confirm that he replaced the bearings nevermind the voltage regulator that I paid them to do.Shaun is rude and drops your call while still trying to find out what they have done.They also never call you even if they promised to.*This place is out to make a quick buck!*There is a alternator service center just down the street from them and they do not trust this place, rather sending there alternators to Pretoria Central for twice the price.Reply:Yes the client can not wait no longer for your call back that you have promised please do so. Why would a warranty help if Shaun promised me that he replaced the part when I asked him for the part that he took out he could not show me the results is the part is not replaced contact your client and offer a sullution instead of helping your chasing your client's away.#Media will help others not to suffer the same. Bellow is photos of there work and how a new voltage regulator should look like.It's been a year now and they haven't contacted me. Please do not trust them.

Absolute terrible service, Even worse that they just closed early on a Friday and there is no way of contacting anyone. They promise a service of testing ECU’s but they don’t deliver.Been promised testing over and over and over and every time you ask what’s going on you get a response of we will test it nowSauns number cannot be found anywhere

Very bad service. Took an ECU back approximately 7 times and still not fixed. Paid Sean for the ECU that somebody else had to fix.We will NEVER make use of you again.

Extremely poor workmanship,i took my cars computer box in and they said it would take a day to fix,2 weeks later i start phoning everyday,shaun,the tech guy says he hasnt started on it yet,but wil start on it that day,4 weeks later i phone again,and then sudenly shaun says he cant fix my computer box,he said that he started the day i phoned,but couldnt fix it,so for 4 weeks ive been without transport because he ddnt phone me to tell me he couldnt fix it,DO NOT USE THIS BUSSINESSrather find a place that can actually help you.
