Elvis removed old terracotta tiles and installed a new concrete floor for us. He was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job. I do not hesitate in recommending him

Elvis came to see us a few months ago when house was in initial phases of construction-he measured the full square meterage of everything that needs to be done INCLUDING labour-the cost came to approx R42k. We invited Elvis to do a final measurement before he starts installation of floors this week & he elevated his cost to R56k for labour ALONE-meaning we would still need to buy the material. To do this 3 days before the work is about to commence is blatant extortion. Please be extremely cautious as this guy is dodgy as hell. Verni concrete doesn’t even know him-I don’t think he is authorised installer-if they do know him I am sure they are unaware of his operating ethics as it really brings the whole Verni installation process into disrepute. Watch out! There is something very wrong here
