I reported that my microwave was not heating up. This was on the 22 May when the call was logged.The technician informed me that 2 parts needed replacement. No communication ,from mastercare. Thereafter,i phoned several times no response. Technician calls me today, says he is coming over,I ask him the time he says he cannot give a time. Indian technician very unprofessional he says if u go to the doctor you have to wait .So I am patient, he comes at about 2.30 so he replaces the parts,so he tried the ,the microwaveand refers to me as aunty (unprofessional.) So i say call me Mrs.... .when the job is completed i test itmicrowave to heat some water so he takes it out and I say the water is still cold. He says can you wait aunty.[unprofessional) Then when I test it told him the water is hot . He says I am an expert technician. So i told him u seem to have an attitude about yourself. He says i did my job if you want you can complain to mastercare. If i get 1 complaint out 10 compliments I really can't bother. So I said you are representing a company and you should display professional service. As it's a poor reflection of the company that you work for.

Very bad service with no communication. Took 4 months to get new PC board that was wrong 1 and never heard from them again.R2k later and worse off than I started

No communication. Made to wait over a month and still washing machine not repaired. Mastercare refuses to cancel monthly debit order!!!! Rip off company

Response time it pathetic. You have to wait 3 months to get a single item repaired. There is numerous issues regarding ordering of parts etc.
