Was very impressed with the store and their customer service. Went in to fetch a parcel via their paxi service. What a pleasure. Pick up was quick and efficient and staff were helpful. Good vibes unlike some other stores. Great process for sending and receiving parcels.

Cashiers was very rude... I guess they hate to do anything extra. Her face was so angry I felt bad to even return my item. We must be happy we even have a job in today's economy.

I picked up my PAXI parcel from the Westwood branch in Durban and the parcel was CUT OPEN and TORN before I received it. The store manager, Nosipho Nigidi, could not justify why the parcel was open before I picked it up. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with the service from PEP Westwood. The staff have absolutely NO RIGHT to open customers PAXI parcels. I refuse to deal with this store from now on due to the untrustworthy staff. I have also posted my complaint on Facebook and Hello Peter.

I'm at the Westwood mall to change my Son's tracksuits I had bought on special at the Hillcrest pep. I could not find the size, and was resorting to taking the wrong size just a different, that's when Zama Mthethwa came to my rescue, went to dig in the back office and gave the right size as a surprise when we were standing at the queue. Also the cashier did was very friendly and did not give me hessles since I did not have the receipt. Thank you so much, we appreciate such great service.

I went to the store a few weeks ago, I wanted to send a parcel through PAXI. I was told the PAXI bags were not available. I tried calling but it goes unanswered

The 'service' from the staff on the floor is the worst ever. There is never anyone to assist and when you do find someone lurking somewhere there is no greeting, no smile and what an effort it is to show you where an item may be without saying one word to the customer. Suggest you send a few undercover customers in the future. Been to this store at Westwood a good few times and always the same poor staff attitude!
