The staff were willing to explain to a layman (myself) the items which they think need to be replaced. They even showed me what a hub is that mates with a bearing and why it should be replaced at the same time.This is beneficial as it helps me as the customer understand the costs which they are intending to quote for, and not maintain the image of second-hand/back-yard mechanic that will overcharge uninformed customers.
