The apartment is ultra modern and chic. The layout is really well thought out and I love the use of the spaces. The apartment is clean and serviced weekly. Has WIFI and DStv. Plus the added bonus of the gym!! Really a comfortable stay and would highly recommended!

An ideal place for a young adult. Safe, clean and friendly. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, responsive and professional. A very warm place to stay. I highly recommend this establishment. Keep the standards up.

Not happy with my overall stay, their customer service is not good.The apartment was never properly fixed when I moved in (they did not fix the mistakes and damage from before except changing the couch).In general they are bad with communications.Do not recommend student living, its cheaper and better accommodation out there.

Staying in Obs Court was an absolute pleasure! From the contemporary decor, chic minimalistic finishings, super clean and pristine vibe the moment you enter the apartment. A true contained haven that always soothed my soul. Also, great gym and a lovely rooftop lounging area and pool. Awesome friendly housekeeping staff that delivered high-quality services ( thank you, ladies) as well as friendly security. Highly recommend! Thank you Student Living!

Great accommodation. Close to all amenities, safe and secure which is a huge bonus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to students and young working professionals.
