I had a good look at their cooking equipment today and I am starting to wonder if I should be concerned... I think management should be more involved in the overall setup and cleanliness. Employees were joking around, laughing out loud, and having a good time, it seems. I remember a different setup and hope they are not dropping their standards.

Waited over a hour for the food to be delivered. Called more than once to follow-up on this - once food arrived it was cold. So either the food stood at the shop so long or the driver messed up. Very bad service.

I bought an ice cream on a cone but It was not smooth and it was melting as I was receiving it and i saw it and complained but maybe because it's cheap that's why they didnt take me seriously i was so disappointed

We usually phone for milkshakes and then they say it takes about 5-10 minutes. Today I placed my order at 16:58 and by 17:30 we were still waiting for our milkshakes because they were cleaning the machines. I mean it takes 30 minutes to prepare 4 milkshakes and we were the only ones waiting at Steers. This is really unacceptably and bad service. The staff were behind the counter talking to each other ignoring us waiting. I would not even give the Steers 1 star for this service review

I returned a king steer burger today which I ordered at 9:20am and the Driver arrive 10:30am more than 1 hour after placing an order while they are about 5km from where I was unacceptable and the person taking orders unprofessional. I would have rated the minus 5.
