Student services is unhelpful. You email the institute they don't respond. You try to make a payment arrangement to redo modules they demand the money with one week's notice. The staff lacks training. There are many training institutes out there don't waste your time and money in this one.

It always an issue trying to get an operator via telephone. Always an issue when your requests are done via email as well.Any issues you want to do via telephone youre always on hold waiting for an operator for 30+ minutes sometimes even an hour. If any requests are made via email, yoy lucky to get a reply 2 days later. Everything is a wait with them but they ever ready to take on new registrations.

Try contacting this institution....you are left with a voice automated message which wastes your airtime yet they are supposed to be people centric. Try even in 2023 they change numbers ...excuse the comment educational institution claiming to be the best in Southern Africa " yet simple communication cannot be rectified ?"

An excellent long distance learning institution but lacks basic customer service. Their student advisors are not proficient in handling new registrations.

Mancosa has the most incompetent employees I have ever come across. I paid my outstanding balance with having sent an email notification to say that I have paid for my fees, but I am still not able to access my student portal, when I call to find out why I can't get access to my student portal, the lady in finance told me that she received the email notification but I have to send her proof of payment directly. To me, I don't see the difference between receiving an email notification & having to send a proof of payment as it is one in the same thing. I will not be completing my Bcom degree with school, I am fed up with their incompetence.

MANCOSA used to be great but for the last year or two (postgrad student) support is non-existent and, to be frank, incompetent. In hindsight I should have paid a bit more and taken my business elsewhere.

When calling student accounts they never take your call and when they do they promise to call back, the nazleigh lady just shuts the phone down in my ear!!! Very disappointing service

This is a 101% self-service, I think the institution could do better in assisting students.. The availability of Student Advisors is a nightmare, i don't even want to mention their level of engagement even when you call them (zilch) …There isn't any form of help, a mistake committed by students due to less understanding of processes and technology even leads to a fail and requires a reregistration that which also has no guidance.MANCOSA needs to support students better
