My order was delivered so quick! Pity they have to improve on their order taking skills... I ordered something else and another got delivered which kinda takes 2 stars from their ratings. They should always pay attention to details no matter what.

No cashier at the till you have to wait for sometime before assisted. If you order with a phone , you came after 45 minutes found your order not done.

I bought quarter chicken leg, they give me sticky wings, only saw wen I arrived in my hotel room. Bad service waited for more than 35 min while the shop was empty.

Its probably the 10th time now that I phone them and ask if they deliver and they say NO the delivery guy is not there or he knocked off already, the best one was the lady on the phone said that the delivery guy had resigned but the next day he drove past me in town on the Debonairs bike..... This is very bad service from them... From now on I will rather opt for kfc or the chisenyama.

I am not happy about my order as I ordered Thripple decker something meaty with extra cheese but there was less meat and I place a complaint at store but the manager did not attended my query instead she said they will rectify the mistake and I then asked as to how I would be assisted and she just tell me that next time if I came it won't happened again. So for me I don't understand at all and I even not eat the Pizza instead I gave it to other kids to eat since I was not happy and it was just a rotter with sauce and cheese that I added extra. I am really not happy and I don't think I will call again.
