Thanks Terry. Despite the delivery guy tossing it from hand to hand, my Cotoneaster arrived safely thanks to it being well secured inside the box. It lost a number of flowers during the tossing but is still beautiful.

Great shopping experience. I still have to come across another company who is at this level. They thought of every detail when it comes to shipping fragile, live products. I can highly recommend them. The only frustration you will experience is that you wish all other companies had the same service and quality levels like they do, but they don't.
