The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding, the seafood buffet on Saturday deserves special mention. We will be back as often as we can.

Lovely hotel. The staff was realy nice. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean.

I had the pleasure of staying at Trennerys Hotel in Qoloha for a weekend getaway with some friends, and I must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience!The highlight of our stay was definitely the fabulously organized Murder Mystery event that the staff put on for us. It was so much fun to try and solve the mystery while enjoying drinks and snacks with our group. The staff really went all out to make it a memorable experience, and we all had a blast.In addition to the Murder Mystery, the hotel itself was clean, inviting, and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we all slept soundly both nights we were there. We also enjoyed taking a relaxing beach walk on the Saturday morning, which was a great way to start the day.Another favourite part of our stay was the amazing seafood dinner that we had on Saturday evening. The hotel's restaurant really outdid themselves with a fantastic selection of fresh, delicious seafood dishes. We all left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied and impressed.We will definitely be back!Send a message...Overall, I would highly recommend Trennerys Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the Murder Mystery event was a blast, the beach walk was refreshing, and the seafood dinner was absolutely fantastic. An amazing experienced, enjoyed my mates wedding there and it was beautiful. The staff are amazing, constantly going the extra mile for every request. Highly recommend.

I was expecting a lot more. Campsite was ok and bathrooms were clean. The locals come in and out of the camp trying to sell you stuff and begging, which made us feel a bit uneasy and that we couldn't leave our stuff out. The much expected seafood buffet is a disappointment. We paid R340 for a seafood Buffet which there was so little of it was ridiculous and they didnt even refill the stuff that was finished. Then on top of everything I felt like the restuarant staff rushed you out. Not enjoyable. The following day we decided to try the breakfast buffet for a R150 which wasn't too bad. However before we could finish a plate of food the staff were helping themselves to the breakfast buffet and then packing it away. The one staff member was in such a rush to grab food he dropped his whole plate on the floor.

The hotel is quite adequate in most respects. The positives are location and surrounds, friendly staff, clean room with large bed, and well prepared tasty food. Negatives are no backup power andno WiFi in the rooms.

A Transkei Gem! Trennerys oozes a relaxing holiday atmosphere. Great bar and restaurant. We did not stay over and only went as day visitors. The staff was very friendly. The rooms looks great from what we could see and the gardens are lush with greenery and well kept. What a lovely place to visit! From what we understand by word of mouth, this is the place to go for the best seafood.

Great food and amazing bird life. Perfect family getaway. King size beds were very comfortable and bedrooms spacious.

Trennery's is one of the stops on the wonderful Wild Coast Meander. We were so welcomed by their friendly staff. Enjoyed a most needed cold beer and dip in their stunning pool. This was a nostalgic return for me having spent family holidays there in the 80's. Lovely rooms, great food, highly recommended

I breath taking place. Rooms are amazing and has everything you need. Staff are friendly and always there to help or assist. The beach is 3min walk and private. Feels like you are in a 5star Durban beach hotel
