Great accommodation. Excellent service from staff, especially the chef who went the extra mile to accommodate me considering I'm vegeterian. Comfortable and clean bedding, aircon, big size room, spacious bathroom, shower with tub. (On the second morning there was low hot water pressure, I'm guessing due to it being bath peak time"

Pool was full of dust that had settled the bottomHad to clean it myself before swimming which was unpleasant as well that had to taste all that dust from the waterPlease get a pool cover so you can avoid such, your location is near a dusty road so you can at least cover the pool and open it when in usePower cuts and load shedding is something we experience in our country:While travelling it's the last thing we want to affect our experience at such places so please improve your generators as we had to stay in silent darkness because your generators only run half of the night and morningSome of us work international hours and your WiFi was just a mission to connect to

Checkin was a nightmare after a 5 hr road trip. Refused to check us in until after booking agent made arrangements to pay. Room allocated was not clean, towels old ( more like rags), showers were mouldy and dirty, paint peeling off ceiling, and dampness on room wall resulting in a 'musty smell'. Breakfast is economy line! Will never advise anyone to stay there.

We went here for a workshop and they way they assisted us. I honestly felt like I should just pay the person from my own pocket. The person was soo helpful to every single item we needed during the workshop.. I loved it here.
