The one Guy that keeps on making me laugh is Mr Leon Arense with his unusual way of sitting on his shoe with his leg folded underneath his butt ...what a strange way of sitting and the good thing about it he'll probably never get piles for sitting on the cold concrete pavement...congrats on a long service going 40 years at Isuzu Truck Centre

If I had my way I would not give them one star, their service department phone rings all the time, they do not get back to one. Upon Bringing it up about their bad service, the staff has an attitude when informing them about the frustration one has.

The worst service imaginable. Out of my last 10 calls not one was answered in 3minutes, and when answered you get passed around between the wrong departments. Seems like this dealer has a massive internal disconnect. Escalating to management helps to get a call back but you will not be assisted properly but rather with annoyance due to the escalation.
