The Gym Company East Point

Recently joined seeing that they have a variety of classes at different times. The LIES!! There are only a few classes. And the water for showering is not consistently hot. You can only bath early morning and late afternoon. Other than that if you don't mind taking a cold shower it's always open. Mxm. What a waste!!

I cancelled my memebership 3months ago and still i am being hassled for money that I apparently owe after being there with my cancelation form. I am now being threatened that if i don't pay my credit score will be affected. I honestly regret ever signing with this gym.

I started a month to month subscription with Gym company East rand . I waited for 3 months as a notice period. Fortunately for me I took pictures of the cancellation forms when O was cancelling for both me and my daughter. They have been harassing me with messages and calls and WhatsApp message. I have showed them the proof of cancellation forms more than once but they have not stopped. These people are crooks. If you want frustration and headaches join them .

their phone doesn't exist no one answers. any form of communication doesn't exist u email /whtsapp no response. it's crowded the place is small. over hiring staff. that's not a gym if u like peace in a gym that's more a shebeen.

My brother's iphone was stolen there and the management never even assisted him to try to look at the camera's. Its so sad that they do no care about their clients. Gym company Eastrand mall is where thieves are haboured

I am not happy with this particular gym. I have been complaining that their water is always cold when I try to take a shower. I have even tried changing the times I gym and I still get cold water when trying to shower.

The worst gym company ever, they go back on their word, the equipment not up to standard, always have to stand in a line to use the equipment, if you sign a contract with them, by the time the contract is up, they never cancel or stop the contract it just carries on and on....

The WORST Gym you could ever think of joining, Gym Company system is extremely unprofessional! The staff is lazy and unwelcoming, after they’ve approached you in malls and begged you to come to their gym. The gyms are small and can’t facilitate the number of people they have registered. When you cancel your membership you will be receiving messages of your credit score being tarnished because they are lazy to update their systems. You will continue to be hassled and harassed via SMS/email. You definitely get your moneys worth ! BARE MINIMUM if not less. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING MIXED WITH THESE PEOPLE. You will definitely regret it. 1 star coz there’s no zero star !!!!!

They get crazy busy after 17h30.If they can extend the hours or make the gym bigger, that will help a lot.I feel they have 2 much members for its size.
