About the Business
Ceased trading | Etion Ltd unbundled its subsidiary companies during the course of 2021-2022 and subsequently delisted from the JSE. Subsidiary Etion Create was acquired by the Reunert group of companies, under the Applied Electronics Segment, and is still trading under the name Etion Create. Etion Secure was acquired by Altron and is trading as Altron Security. Etion Connect went through a management buyout and is still trading as Etion Connect. Holdings company EtionLtd is therefore in the process of winding down.
