My dream to own a kia picanto finally came true. The sales rep, Sadiqa Andhee made this process trouble free. Her professional advice and assistance is greatly appreciated. She kept us informed about the requirements for the purchase and registration of the vehicle via WhatsApp. My opinion she is a asset to Kia Springfield. I 100% agree with the below review of nitasha rosenWe purchased a brand new kia sonet from these guys at they branch at amanzimtoti.After a short while it had a temperature sensor issues and i took the car to kia Springfield that is owned by the same guy.It took them 3 different bookings to figure out the fault but worst of all my entire dashboard was stripped and put back together and they damaged about 7 panels with a screwdriver on the interior of my car..They promised to change all the damaged panels and after 7 weeks of waiting for parts they only changed 3 panels hoping i wouldn't notice..they tried to file down and mend the other damages to save cost on parts for themselves.They are crooks.They have unqualified staff working at the service department/workshop besides bhavna at the front desk.I have had an aircon overflow pipe burst and sent it in for a repair and its still leaking..these guys have no knowledge on how to work on cars because they are unqualified.Take your kia to another dealership.This is a useless and pathetic dealership.Pictures attached of damages in 10 different placesStay away
