Travel To Dive

Travel To Dive (Manie Eksteen) went to great lengths to ensure that our stay and diving experience exceed the highest expectations during the weekend of 12 to 15 November 2020. He personally attended to the guests and ensured that all of the divers from experienced to less experienced enjoyed the dive and the weekend. The input that Manie made during and after the dive was invaluable and informative. He ensured that everybody was comfortable and walked the so-called extra mile to ensure that our diving experience was memorable.

Shan and Manie, thanks for an awesome introduction to the world of diving! Your passion is infectious, thank you so much for sharing it with us! Your effort is much appreciated and I am sure that everyone on the trip noticed how you went above and beyond for us, I certainly did.Manie, I couldn't have asked for a better instructor to have taught me to dive. I really appreciate all the effort, the knowledge you shared and the experience you helped me obtain. You opened a new world to me.This trip was amazing and I can't wait to join you guys in Umkomaas this December!

We booked our second trip with Travel to Dive and again a magical experience. My 12 year old daughter did her dive course with the lovely Shannon who was absolutely wonderful with her. Patient, kind, inspiring and enthusiastic, a wonderful mentor. Would highly recommend booking your course with her. Our time in Umkomaas was fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Thank you for making our trip amazing!

Travel to dive offer a phenomenal service. They are friendly, professional, helpful and efficient.I have booked a customised Indonesia dive trip for later this year. They happily responded to my 100+ questions about locations, travel, documents, planning and all possible activities. Any concerns that I had were quickly put to ease with ample information. Any changes I requested were made with pleasure where possible.They have walked us through all the procedures and provided us with plenty details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable diving trip. They even threw some helpful local phases for us to use.Manie and Shannon go above and beyond to Provide amazing service and to ensure that you have a fantastic trip.

I had the best experience with them. Learning to dive was such a pleasure. They were very patient, very understanding, and great instructors. They care about your safety and in general they're such awesome people who are fun to be around and easy to talk to. The marine life seen on the dive was phenomenal!Accommodation was first class, the rooms are clean beautiful and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was so yummy!!!

Not only did we have superb dives and sightings, but our whole experience was fabulous throughout with Travel to Dive. Manie and Shannon and the dive centre / accommodation pay attention to all of the detail and there's a superb personal touch to the experience. We felt like regulars in no time at all, they were such a great bunch to stay with and dive with.The rooms were lovely, clean and very comfortable.Our dives were spectacular - Aliwal never disappoints. We saw everything from rays to turtles, and we had an amazing interaction with some black tips.We felt like we were constantly being looked after in every aspect, whether in the dive centre, accommodation, the dives, everything. We can't wait to go back!

Had the most amazing time diving with Manie from Travel to Dive. Him and Shannon were very professional and sorted out everything for us so there was no stress during the holiday. I'm very impressed with the service we received. The diving was amazing and saw loads of sharks!

I would highly recommend entrusting Travel To Dive with your holiday plans! Not only do they have the best accommodation suggestions, their recommendations come from personal experience - and it shows! The whole booking process was so easy and gave me the peace of mind that there wouldn’t be anything for me to worry/stress about. The dive operators are great and professional, suitable for all divers regardless of qualification and confidence level. Ponta do Ouro was beautiful, and Tofo was absolutely amazing! We will be heading back to Mozambique soon - and will most definitely be booking through Shani and Manie. Oh and we loved the personalised notes at each one of our accommodation venues!

Travel to Dive did an excellent job organizing, at the absolute last minute, an amazing sardine run trip. Literally 10 days before we decided and 10 days later we were checked in and getting ready to dive. The whole booking process was seamless and everything taken care of, lots and lots of plan changes throughout the year organizing the trip and they were patient, helpful, and went absolutely out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.
