Thank you for your quick reply EvertI am really glad that I have asked this question and that you guys had a solution for me.I just had a look and yes the bolt is adjustable with a hex driver.Thank you so much for the advice! I have adjusted the bolts and inserted the gaskets. Everything seems fine the bolt is now long enough and the glass is now protected from the handle.Thank you for the great support on your product. It's these little things that makes a product ecelent or not.Have a nice day

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Everdt at Prima Bella. His team did an extremely professional job of re-fitting a shower door in our recently renovated and re-tiled bathroom. A fairly complex installation as the re-tiling had affected the dimensions of the space that the door had to be re-fitted into. Highly recommended company. Excellent service.

Traumatic experience this morning. Shower just exploded right behind me (after 4 years of use). Injuries sustained. Luckily my 14 month old just left the bathroom. These showers are not safe!

Great service and shower installation was done quickly and efficiently and very reasonable.

Last night the side panel just exploded. No one was home at the time. I know it exploded as there was glass in every corner including in the toilet, on shelves and in the bainsen. As you can see the shower is dry and the washing basket was inside the shower indicating that it was not in use or had just been used or about to be used. They call it tempered glass but I think this glass has a temper. I am super disappointed. The company did send out a representative to meet with me and take a look at the shower. After taking measurements and checking the levelness of the floor Prema Bella has determined that the installation was not conducted in accordance with their instructions printed on a packaging.My insurance company will replace the glass. They have appointed a well known nationwide installer to replace the glass.The lessons learned from this experience; get a creaderble installer to install a glass shower.

I just want to thanks the Technical/Installation team at Prima Bella for there assistance with my shower door. They really went out of their way to assist and repair my shower door. Thank you very much for Everdt and his team. Very much appreciated

In January 2017 i had a Crystal Tech corner unit shower installed during renovations. This was bought from CTM. After about 2 weeks the one door shattered - i do not know why this happened as it was being used by a guest in our B&B. Fortunately no one was hurt. I went to CTM and was told i would have to wait until July before i could get a replacement. So 4 months without a shower door! At a B&B. Fortunately i met the guys from Prima Bella who assisted me to solve the problem. I will stick to the better quality Prima Bella products from now on - it is just a pity that this range is not stocked by CTM which for me is a convenient place to shop.

Receptionist was very rude and looked annoyed that she had to actually do her job. The rest of my experience was ok, the communication was poor from the staff though.
