I ordered a set of 30kg vinyl dumbbels, half the plates came scratched and with oily residue on them. They looked 2nd hand and beaten, the handles had rust on them and the starlocks have dents in them.Submitted an email to their customer service and i havent gotten a response within 10 days, despite their email marketing mails.

Talking to their front desk is like chewing ceiling... Slow, painful, insulting. For the life of me I cannot get this company to quote me on floor mats or honor a special price seen on a website.

Are you wanting to start a 'Home Gym' - then this is the place for you. Awesome layout, loved the boxing ring. If you want to see and feel or even experience the equipment you want to buy then this place provides it. My daughter and I were very impressed, they have everything and great quality. I purchased a Yoga mat and absolutely love it, it is much thicker than the mats one usually gets and it has really helped with the floor exercises, I am finding I can now do it longer. We have already gone back and will definitely be returning. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Covid protocols were adhered to.
