I had a terrible experience with Golden pet. I ordered a leash and collar for my puppy about two weeks ago. The day that I ordered it the guy told me that I will get it THAT WEEK. I had to call and they told me that it would be ready the following week. I also did not get it in that week. The week thereafter I went to the store demanding my leash and collar, and the guy told me that the company that makes the leashes closed down and will only open three weeks from now (this company told them this in January)So these people knew that when I ordered the collars I wouldn’t get it, but they still made me think I would.Do not go here, they are unprofessional and unwilling to help.
