Had a great stay over. Neat and clean.

There is aloy to say about this. The only thing that is working according has to be the air freshers in the rooms. My family and I booked a family room for the New Years long weekend, we spent 24hrs without the free wifi that they advertised. They kept telling us that the maintenance guy in on the way, the pool was dirty which is also the only source of entertainment. Without wifi means no Netflix. The cleanness of this place was the pits. The bathroom walls had stains on them. The towels had holes. The bath tub had dirt residue and the shower door could not even close. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone especially a family.

.I booked a room for the night of the 10th of December 2021 and cause I could not get a room on the wedding venue we have to attend. So a room became available at the wedding venue and I contacted Bronwyn on the 1 Dec to cancel my room and she assured me that I will be refunded in full ageed by the owners .Then there was miss communication at the wedding venue and we could not get the room anymore. I contacted Bronwyn again and asked het to not refund me as we are still goinig to take the initial booking at greenfig for the 10th of Dec 2021. We had n discussion at home and decided not to attemd the wdding anymore and I contacted Browyn again on the 2 Dec asking to refund us because how can one day make a diffrence to the owner decission to refund me.I contacted Bronwyn 6 Dec and she informed me that I can only get be refunded 10% . I have then mentioned to her that it is unacceptable and the she came back today 7 Dec with a new offer of 25%.I have read you cancelation policy and it states that cancellation 7-14 days a refund of 25% of the deposit is die to me I forfeit 75% of my deposit.I have paid in full and feel that I should be refunded 50% of my booking plus 25% of my deposit.. They checked me out of my room without prior warning. When I got back at 9pm from working on site I used my room key to enter my room only to find someone else staying in it. After a chat with management found my packed bags in the managers office. They only had one room available so had to share a room with a colleague. And then to put the cherry on top at 11pm the accommodation ran out of electricity (not load shedding) which was still out when we had to leave for site at 4:30am in the dark

For the weekend of my Sons wedding Green-fig hosted the brides and grooms family. What an awesome place, felt like we were home but with all the extras. Ke-Pey and Johannes were our hosts and went beyond to make our stay perfect. Would recommend Green fig any-day. Thank you Ke-Pey and Johannes we will defiantly return, you made our weekend

These people are amazing! Always enjoy our stay there, with the hosts always going the extra mile for visitors! The sunset is scenic and you have a beautiful 180° view!The pricing are also very, very reasonable! A deffinite YES!

On our holiday from Dubai we initially intended to visit the casino Hotel without booking, but it was fully booked. We then found Green Fig on Google maps. What a pleasant surprise. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, the premises are secure, clean and the gardens are very well tended to. The beds we had were better than most 4 star hotels. The staff are super friendly and efficient. Great food and acceptable Internet. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is worth paying higher than average. Keep up the good work.

The hospitality was awesome and the service from the administrator of the place was excellent. She was very welcoming and very professional at the same time. I am definitely going to recommend this place to everyone I know. Great service delivery like this one doesn't come often.The rooms are neat and so as the garden. Upon arrival, you are given the remote for the gate and the keys to your room.
