We went to SEDA Durban for venue booking for business training, when we get there we asked for a manager. He came out and shouted at us that we didn't book for an appointment and there's no help he can give us. I understand the booking part but the man was so rude , the public servants must always know that walk-ins will always be there because that's the only way to get help. I'm not going there ever again as he's not a people's person.
