That's not the mochachos I know. I'm sorry to say this; I think people who are preparing the meat there, they are sabotaging the owner of the restaurant. The chicken does not have that thing" of Mochachos franchise. If the owner wants to save his/her business i suggest he/she take his/her chefs to Mochachos Preller Square for cooking classes."

The quality of food does not meet up to the franchise standards. The buns are not fresh and the chips… well they could have just given us raw sliced potatoes. If I hadn't eaten 100's of these burgers, I wouldn't have known that they were supposed to put Mayo on them.

Do yourself a favour and rather go to another mochachos please. I ordered two meals. The chips were so dry and seemed old. The chicken was tasteless and burnt!!! Complete waste of money. Disgusting

Good and tasty food. Very friendy lady took our order, which made sure we knew different flavours to choose from. Garnish and sauce more than enough. Fillet tender and juicy. Love it. Be blessed

To small to sit, to small to stand. Service is an embarrassment to the franchise holder. Tables are full of people waiting for their orders. Cashiers have an attitude towards all customers that they are doing the customers a favor to take their orders down. Where is the nearest KFC?

We ordered 4 full wings and chips as well as a burrito. The wings and chips were such a small portion, it will do for a kid. So that was so disappointing. We ordered shwarmas a previous time and that was awesome. So it is difficult to rate

I ordered 2 jalapeño cheese burgers, got the cheese but no jalapenos. Also wanted a 1/4 chicken, the lady asked me do you want it with chips and a cool drink and I said yes. Only got the chicken.

Horrible won't ever eat there again. Took them 20min just to take my order, order was wrong they did not remove topping that I can't eat, the buns were so old it crumbled all over the plate, patties were cold, they claim it's a 150g beef patty which is not the case at all. One of the staff members were sitting and sleeping at the table next to us. If I could give a -5 I would.
